“Freddie Holding a Mug” is an original, one-of-a-kind, unique pastel and ink drawing on linen, hand-signed by the actor, artist, humanitarian, and philanthropist, Red Skelton. The artwork measures approximately 22” x 15” and is magnificently framed to an approximate measurement of 34.5” x 29”. The linen features Freddie the Freeloader holding a holiday mug as he was dressed appropriately for the holidays. Freddie lived at the city dump, where he found toys and repaired them for Christmas gifts. His television shows at Christmastime were the highlight of the season as Freddie was featured as a kind, caring man who loved children.
