“Anyone For Tennis” is a unique, fully authorized, limited edition, porcelain plate, bearing two reproduced signatures of the artist, Red Skelton. One signature is on the front of the plate, and the other on the reverse.
This plate measures approximately 8” in diameter and is individually numbered and beautifully framed.
This porcelain plate was created in 1986 and was reproduced from an original painting of the same name by Mr. Skelton.
The reverse side of the plate bears a short quotation which reads the following:
“Anyone for Tennis?”
“Freddie thought that he could hack it.
Playing the game with a busted racket,
But found it a menace
In the game of tennis,
To hit a ball without strings
He couldn’t wack it!”
