“Freddie’s Vase of Flowers” is an original and unique, one-of-a-kind prismatic oil pencil drawing on linen, signed by the internationally acclaimed artist, actor, and humanitarian, Red Skelton. This beautiful work of art is professionally framed to very high museum standards and the frame measures approximately 32” x 26” and the original work of art measures approximately 20” x 14”. The artwork is dated 1986. The artist loved nature and he always enjoyed the painting of flowers around his home in the warm California climate. He regularly picked the flowers to take inside to his living room and studio where they were enjoyed on an almost daily basis. The vase which Mr. Skelton drew on the linen still remains in his painting studio.
